How do I book?

Add to cart the package you wish to order, plus any add-ons with your preferred event date, time, location and the number of guests.

We will confirm we have your order within 3 days .

If you have any questions or special requests please fill in the form on our contact us page.

Booking & Pricing

Pricing for our picnics depends on the location and size of the event. After filling out our Booking form, we’ll contact you with pricing details.

You may submit your booking details earlier for a higher chance of a slot but priority will be given to big events and wedding bookings. for picnic party  We recommend booking your event at least 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability of our picnics and food & beverage from our partners. To reserve your date, we require a 50% retainer that is non-refundable and due at the time of scheduling.

The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to the picnic date. If your picnic is booked 7 days before the event, full payment is required.

Can I place a deposit first? If yes, how much?

once you have received an invoice indicating your preferred slot is available than yes! We require a 50% deposit to hold your picnic date.

Please note we do not reserve your date without a deposit.

This deposit is non-refundable.

If you move your picnic date within 7 days of your picnic booking you will have to pay a new deposit.

Full payment is due 7 days before your picnic event. 

 How long is a Picnic session?

Do I have to pay more to extend the hours?
Each session is for 2 hours, or by our daily end time of 10pm, whichever earlier. You may liaise with us accordingly should you wish to end earlier or later; we will advise accordingly.

 

What do I do once I am done with my session?
Do update us via mobile at least 30mins before you intend to leave. We will advise the next steps accordingly.

 

How long does it take to set up a picnic?

It depends on the size of your group and the distance from the available parking area to your picnic spot.

Generally a picnic for 10 with easy access will take approx. 2 to 3 hr to set up excluding food set up.

Who do I contact on the day of my picnic?
You will be provided with a mobile number to liaise accordingly.

 

​Can I choose to customize the look of my picnic?

yes. We do offer customized color schemes or themes Based on the location, number of pax and the add-ons you picked, our stylist will determine the appropriate furniture, decorative props and logistics for your picnic.

 

Can I get you to recreate a specific set up that I saw on your Facebook/Instagram?
Yes, but subject to the logistics and props availability on your preferred date. You can share the screenshot with us via mobile after payment has been made and we will advise according if your preferred set up is feasible based on your booking details.​​

 What is included in the Basic Picnic Set Up?

All set ups will include table, cushions, decorative props like artificial florals in vase, battery operated candles, plates, cups and utensils, in general. 

We are unable to list out the specific items as the overall look of the set up would depend on our stylist's creative discretion.

You can look through our Instagram or Facebook for our past works; they all don't look exactly the same for a reason. It is so that each picnic is a unique experience for each client!

 

​Can I have the set up done at home/booked indoor space?

Yes, we have done indoor Picnic set up before. However, depending on our schedule for on your preferred day, we will advise the available locations for set up after taking into account the travel time required between locations all over UAE .  

Food & Beverage

We partner with local companies to provide food offerings for our picnics. Our standard packages come with a Charcuterie board from Graze. Ask about additional catering offerings when booking.

please note that  we cannot provide alcohol for your picnic.

 

 Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes, you may bring your own food and drinks. However, do update us if this is the case so that we can prepare disposable utensils for you. 

 

Do you have 'Vegetarian' options?
We can switch to Vegetarian substitutes for mains in the curated menu. You may also opt for 'No Food' and bring your own should you prefer. 

Can I come say hi?

We do not take appointments for inventory viewings. Our inventory can be viewed on the website.

Why do I have to pay a bond?
Unfortunately no insurance company cover our hire equipment once it’s been removed from our premises (or our vehicles) and placed in your hands.

So in order to maintain our beautiful hire inventory and remain in business, a bond is charged by way of insurance should something get damaged or lost.

The bond is refunded once the items are collected/returned.

 

Are there any delivery/collection fees?

Delivery and collection of items is included in the booking price as part of the set up and pack down. It is your responsibility to stay with the picnic until we collect all the picnic equipment at your specified finish time.

Are there specific locations for your picnic set ups?

We have a few of our favorite locations, however, our picnics can be set up anywhere all over UAE. If you have a special location in mind whether it be a private location (e.g. your house or backyard) or a public location (e.g. a park or a beach) get in touch and we can send you a quote.
